Where Do I Go?
The Master Swim Program meets in the Outdoor Pool Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 5:40 pm to 6:30 pm.
To provide coached, challenging, interval-type swim training for people who want to improve their fitness and speed – for swim competition, triathlons, or simply for personal enjoyment.
What is Available?
A workout open to any adult who has an interest in challenging, interval-type swim training. If you're comfortable swimming freestyle and can swim 1000 yards in 20 minutes, you are a perfect candidate for the Master Swim Program.
The program operates on a drop in basis.
Swimming Pool Etiquette
- Rule 1: Swim on the right side of the lane – just as you drive your car in the USA.
- Rule 2: If you are tapped on the toes, a faster swimmer wants to pass you; simply pull over to the right when you reach the pool wall and let the other swimmer pass.
