Ashley has an extensive knowledge of the human body from years of experience as a personal trainer and massage therapist. She will debunk myths about strength training and teach the benefits of lifting weights vs cardio exercise. Workouts will include a variety of strength training exercises. Participants will receive an exercise workout card after each class.
For women ages 18+. Held in the AbsoluteFIT Studio. Minimum 4 participants, maximum 6 participants.
